SHIPPING POLICY
We take care in packing and shipping your order, especially with delicate or collectible printed matter.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship within EU, and internationally unless otherwise noted.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During launches or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
International customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local authorities.
4. Delivery Estimates
Spain: 2–5 business days
- EU: 4–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Times are approximate and depend on the carrier.
5. Tracking
Most orders include tracking information, provided once the order is dispatched.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the packaging and contents.
If a package is lost in transit, we will open an inquiry with the courier.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your order.
Please review the return conditions before purchasing, especially for limited or delicate publications.
1. Returns
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it.
2. Items Eligible for Return
We accept returns or provide replacements/refunds for:
- Items damaged during shipping

3. Items Not Eligible for Return
In line with EU consumer guidelines for printed matter and collectible goods, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or handled publications
- Limited editions, signed copies, or numbered items

Sale items

Items clearly marked as non-returnable

Orders returned due to refusal to pay customs duties
4. Return Procedure
If your return is approved. We will provide instructions for sending the item back. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Unless the error was ours, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are made to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
