We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the moment of purchase applies.

3. Products

We strive to represent our books, printed matter, and editions as accurately as possible.
Due to the nature of printing and production, minor variations in colour, materials, and finishing may occur.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in EUR.
Prices include applicable Spanish/EU VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

6. Orders and Availabilities

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
If an item becomes unavailable or if an error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

7. EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, customers typically have a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases.
However, this right does not apply to:

sealed or shrink-wrapped products that have been opened
limited editions, signed editions, or numbered items
publications or printed matter that can be easily handled or affected by brief inspection
goods made in small or irregular production runs where resale quality may be compromised

8. Defects & Damages

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We will assist with a replacement, refund, or appropriate solution.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, designs, and publications—is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

10. Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with the EU GDPR.
We use your information only for order fulfilment, communication, and service improvement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law, with disputes handled by the courts of Madrid, without affecting your EU consumer rights.

SHIPPING POLICY

We take care in packing and shipping your order, especially with delicate or collectible printed matter.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship within EU, and internationally unless otherwise noted.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During launches or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

International customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local authorities.

4. Delivery Estimates

Spain: 2–5 business days

EU: 4–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Times are approximate and depend on the carrier.

5. Tracking

Most orders include tracking information, provided once the order is dispatched.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the packaging and contents.
If a package is lost in transit, we will open an inquiry with the courier.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order.
Please review the return conditions before purchasing, especially for limited or delicate publications.

1. Returns

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it.

2. Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns or provide replacements/refunds for:

Items damaged during shipping
Manufacturing or printing defects
Items sent in error

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

In line with EU consumer guidelines for printed matter and collectible goods, the following cannot be returned:

Opened or handled publications
Limited editions, signed copies, or numbered items
Sale items
Items clearly marked as non-returnable
Orders returned due to refusal to pay customs duties

4. Return Procedure

If your return is approved. We will provide instructions for sending the item back. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Unless the error was ours, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are made to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
